Good Character Check Up
You are never too young to begin to practice respect and responsibility.

RESPECT = I shouldn’t…

1... blame others for something I did.
2…insist on getting my own way when I have a conflict.
3…lie or tell stories.
4…act selfishly.
5…boss around other people and forget that I am now part of a bigger family in
     school.

 RESPONSIBILITY = I should…

1…admit my mistakes and not make up stories to cover myself.
2…try to solve conflicts in a way that is fair to everyone.
3…try to be truthful with my friends and adults.
4…to be a good citizen who is caring and helpful.

 GOOD CHARACTER IS…

…knowing what is right.
…caring about what is right.
…doing what is right.
